Paula, a native of the Czech Republic with an educational background in economics, has worked in the Cleaning Services Industry for over 15 years.
Paula believes that attentive customer service, professional cleanings and green cleaning options, are not mutually exclusive segments, but can go hand and hand with customer satisfaction and business success.
